But come on, guys \u2014 Tommy Rees as a head coach for the Cleveland Browns? We don\u2019t need an experiment. We need a bona fide coach who has been there and done that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">To be 100% honest, most members of the dawg pound probably feel the same way this time around. The Browns have always been known to go after up-and-coming offensive and defensive coordinators with very little \u201cbig game\u201d experience under their belt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Based on Cleveland\u2019s current position, with an already top-notch defense and a need to assemble a winning offense, it might be best to target someone with more experience at the helm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Do you agree with Dixon\u2019s mindset on the head coaching situation?
