Over his six years in Cleveland, Stefanski led the Browns to a 45-56 overall record but was fired following the 2025 NFL season. A bright offensive mind, Stefanski worked his way up from the Vikings<\/a> assistant QB coach in 2009 to offensive coordinator in 2019.
