FOXBOROUGH \u2014 Sunday night\u2019s defeat to the Patriots<\/a> had Jim Harbaugh at a loss. <\/p>\n

The Chargers coach saw his offense muster three points as Justin Herbert absorbed six sacks and was hit 11 times. Though they won the turnover battle on the road at Gillette Stadium, Los Angeles lost by two scores and finished with 207 yards of total offense.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really don\u2019t have the answers,\u201d Harbaugh said after his team\u2019s 16-3 loss. \u201cI wish I did. If I did there would\u2019ve been a different result. But that I am going to be spending \u2014 we\u2019ll be spending a lot of hard work and maybe even sleepless nights getting it figured out. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe way these players fight, the way they just give it their very best, their all, you know, we\u2019ll owe them that and get on. Like I told the team, those that stay will be champions. Not looking at this as an end but as another beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though perplexed by his team\u2019s failure, Harbaugh did tip the cap to his opponent. <\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of it is the Patriots, too,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cNot going to sit here and say \u2014 the Patriots played very well and they did a great job. I want to congratulate them. Not be one of those coaches that stands up here and says that they \u2014 call it what it is.
