Mandatory Credit: Charles LeClaire-Imagn Images<\/p>\n<p>The final <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfl.com\/playoffs\/bracket\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Wild Card matchup<\/a> of the weekend features a gridiron scrap between the AFC\u2019s fifth-seed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.houstontexans.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Houston Texans<\/a> and the fourth-seed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steelers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/acrisurestadium.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Acrisure Stadium<\/a> on Monday Night Football. It is the first meeting between the squads this season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Houston finished as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfl.com\/standings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">runner-up in the AFC South<\/a> standings which landed them in this road contest against Pittsburgh. The Texans completed the season on a nine-game heater, including massive wins over the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buffalobills.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Buffalo Bills<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chiefs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> in the middle portion of the season. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/S\/StroCJ00.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">CJ Stroud<\/a> has been excellent since his return from the injured list at the end of November and will look to keep this hot streak rolling to double-digits with a win in his fifth career postseason contest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pittsburgh won the AFC North with a 10-7 record in a turbulent season in the Steel City. They lost five of seven games during the middle of the campaign and it seemed like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/coaches\/TomlMi0.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Mike Tomlin<\/a>\u2019s head coaching position was in jeopardy. The Texans defense places sixth in the league against the pass after allowing an average of 183.5 passing yards across 17 games this season.
