Seattle is looking to advance to its first NFC Championship Game since the 2014 season, while San Francisco would make its fourth appearance in the last five seasons with a victory.<\/p>\n<p>Buffalo, fresh off a win at Jacksonville, has its eyes set on its second straight AFC Championship Game appearance and is two wins away from its first Super Bowl appearance since 1993. Denver is looking to make its first conference championship game since it last won a Super Bowl in the 2015 season.<\/p>\n<p>Chicago, which rallied to beat Green Bay for its first playoff win since January 2011, would advance to the NFC Championship Game for the first time in the same span if it can beat the Rams, who are looking for their first conference title game appearance since the 2021 season, the last time they won a Super Bowl.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Field Level Media<\/p>\n<p>More on the San Francisco 49ers<\/p>\n<p>Brock Purdy threw a 4-yard touchdown pass to Christian McCaffrey with 2:54 left, and the San Francisco 49ers ended the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles\u2019 season with a 23-19 win in Sunday\u2019s wild-card playoff game in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>The 49ers will visit the Seattle Seahawks in next weekend\u2019s NFC divisional round, and the Chicago Bears will host the Los Angeles Rams. The Eagles had been 5-0 at home in the playoffs under head coach Nick Sirianni.<\/p>\n<p>Purdy passed for 262 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions, and McCaffrey finished with 114 yards from scrimmage and two TD catches.
