It is now week two of the Tennessee Titans\u2019 head coaching search. As of this writing, there are 16 names they have either interviewed or are scheduled to interview. You can keep track of all of the reported interviews here<\/a>. This is already the most exhaustive search the organization has done since it moved to Tennessee. We wanted them to cast a wide, and they have certainly done that.<\/p>\n

Here are the names that we have so far:<\/p>\n

They completed their first round of seven interviews over the weekend that included Anarumo, Spanuolo, Nagy, Joseph, Stefanski, McCoy, and Garrett.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d be surrpised to see anyone from this group not named Nagy or Stefanski hired, and I think those two are probably pretty unlikely at this point. Nagy could be in the mix for OC once the dust settles on the head coaching search.<\/p>\n

All eyes on John Harbaugh<\/p>\n

This coaching cycle was turned on it\u2019s head when the Ravens fired Harbaugh. He\u2019s expected to interview at some point this week. With the report that over the weekend he was watching tape on Cam Ward, it seems like the Titans might actually have a chance to land him. If he does want to be in Nashville, will Amy Adams Strunk be willing to pay the salary he wants? There are rumors that he will want close to $20 million per year. That\u2019s pretty steep considering she was reportedly only paying Brian Callahan around $3 million per year.<\/p>\n

What happens next for the Titans?<\/p>\n

They can virtually interview the guys who are with teams that are still playing in the playoffs this week. They can have the guys that were with teams that were eliminated in for in-person interviews this week as well. When the Titans hired Brian Callahan back in 2024, it was first reported on January 22nd with the official announcement coming on the 24th.
