He was a good coach in a badly managed team front office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"NNQO4FEF6NBXBNZB2PHGDQIBYQ\">His hands were tied from the outset &#8212; from poor management to poor quarterbacks, to whatever you call the Deshaun Watson debacle, to letting running back Nick Chubb go, to quarterback Joe Flacco&#8230;. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Coach Stefanski had nothing to do with those deals. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"A2SPDZUA2ZDCPIAOK6WMP6K7GY\">As a longtime Browns fan, I\u2019m tired of watching all my favorite players play on other teams. Coach Stefanski had two of the best, most productive seasons in Browns recent history, even after seeing players with good potential being let go. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"RQBR4FSEQRE4ZMZVRNBMWHOEXU\">Year after year, Browns management has dealt players away like a bad poker hand &#8212; and that is the problem. Poor management.
