Omarion Hampton is getting over the Chargers\u2019 early playoff exit with the help of some sun, some sand and his girlfriend.<\/p>\n

Lilly Heder revealed on her Instagram page this week that she and her Los Angeles star boyfriend have found a beach to vacation on in the days after the running back\u2019s Bolts were knocked out of the postseason in a disastrous loss to the Patriots.<\/p>\n

In several photos she shared, a bikini-clad Heder could be seen with a shirtless Hampton soaking in rays while the two enjoyed a deck on an oceanfront property.<\/p>\n

Hampton, of course, could use the R&R about as much as any NFL player, because he sustained injury in addition to insult in this past Sunday\u2019s loss to New England.<\/p>\n

Omarion Hampton played only a handful of snaps for the Chargers in their disastrous playoff loss to the Patriots. AP<\/p>\n

Hampton, who battled an ankle ailment for most of his rookie season, logged just two snaps in the defeat before he was pulled by the Chargers\u2019 medical staff.<\/p>\n

Hampton told ESPN earlier this week<\/a> he wished he could have done more for his team in his playoff debut.<\/p>\n

Lilly Heder shared several snaps of her vacation with Omarion Hampton on her Instagram page on Friday. Lilly Header<\/p>\n

\u201cYou always want to help your team out when you end up situation, those type of games,\u201d he said. \u201cSo I mean, just trying to do everything I can to get back on the field.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hampton \u2014 the No. 22 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft \u2014 played in nine regular-season games for the Chargers, rushing for 545 yards and four touchdowns on 124 carries.
