The Tennessee Titans<\/a>, Atlanta Falcons<\/a> and Baltimore Ravens<\/a> are all in the market for a new head coach, and all three teams appear to be vying for the same candidate.<\/p>\n

That candidate is former Cleveland Browns<\/a> head coach Kevin Stefanski, who has already completed interviews with six teams<\/a>, including the three aforementioned\u00a0 squads as well as the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>, New York Giants<\/a> and Miami Dolphins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Of course, reports suggest the Giants are going to hire former Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, so New York is no longer a threat for Stefanski.<\/p>\n

On Friday, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero<\/a> shared the latest on Stefanski, saying that the two-time Coach of the Year winner is slated to hold second interviews with multiple teams, and those are likely to come next week.<\/p>\n

Pelissero named the Titans, Falcons and Ravens as potential landing spots for Stefanski and did not mention the Raiders or Dolphins.<\/p>\n

“My anticipation is Stefanski is going to have second interviews with multiple teams, coming likely next week,” Pelissero reported. “My sense is the Titans, Falcons and Ravens are all potential landing spots for Stefanski.”<\/p>\n

While things ended poorly in Cleveland for Stefanski, he remains highly-coveted in this coaching cycle, and for good reason.<\/p>\n

Stefanski is a respected offensive mind and did more with the Browns than most head coaches in team history, making two trips to the postseason in six years.<\/p>\n

But Stefanski was dealt a bad hand over the final two years, as the roster overall lacked talent and the quarterback situation was a mess.<\/p>\n

Stefanski would be a great fit for all three teams.<\/p>\n

The Ravens need a coach who can get more out of Lamar Jackson and the offense, the Titans have a promising young quarterback in No. 1 pick Cam Ward to develop and Atlanta has a great foundation on offense with Bijan Robinson and Drake London, and a potential franchise quarterback in Michael Penix Jr.<\/p>\n

The Falcons and Ravens offer Stefanski a chance to win now, but the Titans aren’t a shabby destination, either, thanks to the presence of Ward, a blank slate and a ton of cap space to build the roster up.<\/p>\n

As far as when Stefanski might make a decision is concerned, we could have a resolution next week after he navigates his second interviews.<\/p>\n
