The San Francisco 49ers<\/a> saw their 2025 season come to an end after a divisional-round blowout loss to the Seattle Seahawks<\/a> on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Now, the Niners will turn the page to the offseason, when they’ll navigate free agency starting in March before taking part in the 2026 NFL draft in April.<\/p>\n

Speaking of the 2026 NFL draft, the Niners will land in either the No. 26 or No. 27 spots in the first round, according to Tankathon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

San Francisco land in the former spot if the Chicago Bears<\/a> lose on Sunday, but will sit in the No. 27 spot if Chicago wins.<\/p>\n

When it comes to free agency, the Niners are projected to have $29.8 million in cap space, per Over The Cap<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 49ers are slated to have seven picks in the 2026 NFL draft, including three projected compensatory picks. Here’s the full list of projected selections:<\/p>\n
