Kevin Stefanski took the Atlanta Falcons<\/a> head coaching job on Saturday night and he’s already begun putting together his staff. According to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, the Falcons are expected to hire Bill Callahan as their offensive line coach.<\/p>\n

While nothing is official just yet, the addition of Callahan would likely mean the end of run game coordinator\/offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford’s time in Atlanta. Callahan spent the last two years as the Tennessee Titans<\/a> offensive line coach and held the same role in Cleveland under Stefanski from 2020-2023.<\/p>\n

The Falcons will likely keep defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich in place, while Tommy Rees is expected to join the staff as Atlanta’s new offensive coordinator.<\/p>\n

Stefanski was named head coach on Saturday following a long in-person meeting with Atlanta’s front office, including president of football Matt Ryan.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m beyond thrilled to be charged with leading this iconic franchise,” Stefanski wrote in a statement. “I am grateful to Mr. Blank and Matt Ryan for trusting me to coach this football team and there are many talented players on our roster that I cannot wait to coach.”<\/p>\n

Atlanta still has to find a new general manager to replace Terry Fontenot.<\/p>\n
