The regular season ended on January 4, and there have been 10 playoff games since. There have also been numerous head coaching changes, as well as a pair of hires with the Giants (John Harbaugh) and Falcons (Kevin Stefanski).<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-1\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"68\">Earlier this month, the folks at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/nfl-pff-awards-2025-the-nfls-best-players-in-20-categories\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Pro Football Focus <\/a>handed out their annual awards. Unlike the ones presented by the Associated Press and other outlets, they name one NFL Rookie of the Year regardless of position. This season, that honor went to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/panthers\/onsi\/insiders-vote-on-tetairoa-mcmillan-s-rookie-of-the-year-chances-01ked79cq2rs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Carolina Panthers\u2019 wide receiver <\/a>Tetairoa McMillan.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-2\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6b\">\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/panthers\/onsi\/nfl-insider-reveals-two-things-tetairoa-mcmillan-must-improve-on-01keg57dwnqe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">McMillan<\/a> finished his 2025 campaign with 1,044 receiving yards on 70 catches from 122 targets, explained PFF\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/nfl-pff-awards-2024-tetairoa-mcmillan-wins-rookie-of-the-year\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Trevor Sikkema<\/a>, \u201cplaying and starting in all 17 regular-season games. Among all wide receivers, his total yards and targets ranked 15th, and he finished 34th in receptions. Among rookies, he ranked first in receiving yards and targets, and he finished third in total receptions (behind tight ends <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/colts\/onsi\/news\/colts-tyler-warren-achieves-first-pro-bowl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tyler Warren<\/a> and Harold Fannin Jr.).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-3\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6e\">Warren totaled 76 catches for the Indianapolis Colts, while Fannin racked up 72 grabs for the Cleveland Browns.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/01kfc45dxheg9qwxr8sy.jpg\" alt=\"McMillan and Youn\" title=\"McMillan and Youn\" width=\"3099\" height=\"1743\" class=\"undefined w-full w-full blur-[5px]\" q:id=\"6n\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Dec 21, 2025; Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (4) and quarterback Bryce Young (9) celebrate after a play during the second half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Bank of America Stadium. He cleared the next rookie on the list \u2013 tight end Colston Loveland \u2013 by 0.08 wins above average.
