The latest news on the Cleveland Browns<\/a>‘ head coaching search could impact the Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the NFL Network’s<\/a> Tom Pelissero, Mike McDaniel is withdrawing his name from consideration for the Browns’ head coaching opening.<\/p>\n

So how does this apply to the Jaguars<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Well, among the finalists for the job is Jaguars’ offensive coordinator Grant Udinski. Now with McDaniel no longer in the mix, that is one less person vying for this role.<\/p>\n

This past year was Udinski’s first with the\u00a0Jaguars<\/a>. He played a key role in Trevor Lawrence’s growth and in the success the Jacksonville offense had over the second half of the season, averaging almost 33 points per game during their eight-game winning streak.<\/p>\n

But going beyond the production,\u00a0there are a few other reasons<\/a>\u00a0why Udinski is garnering head coaching attention.<\/p>\n
