ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. \u2014 Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula and President of Football Operations \/ General Manager Brandon Beane are holding a press conference Wednesday morning. <\/p>\n
This will be the first time they have spoken to the media since the team announced the firing of head coach Sean McDermott Monday. <\/p>\n

However, he stated he feels like the team is \u201cin need of a new structure within our leadership to give this organization the best opportunity to take our team to the next level.\u201d<\/p>\n On Tuesday, the team thanked McDermott \u201cfor everything,\u201d on social media. <\/p>\n Beane will oversee all football operations and will lead the search for a new head coach, working alongside Pegula and the Bills\u2019 president of business operations in the hiring process.<\/p>\n The Bills haven\u2019t yet released a formal list of candidates for the position, but there are several possible options, including Joe Brady, Brian Daboll, and Davis Webb. <\/p>\n READ MORE: WHO\u2019S UP NEXT? | Taking a look at who could replace Sean McDermott as Bills head coach<\/a><\/p>\n The press conference is expected to start at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
