There are still three games left in the 2025 NFL season and the combine is about a month away.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">But holy cow, did Mayfield sure throw a brick of lit M-80s into the middle of Central Avenue last night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It seems Joe\u2019s good friend D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution inadvertently caught a stray, getting under Mayfield\u2019s skin with an innocent twitter yesterday and Mayfield turned that into a blast at new Dixie Chicks coach Kevin Stefanski, who was Mayfield\u2019s coach for his last two seasons in Cleveland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">How did you spend your Tuesday night?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It seems there\u2019s some bad blood between Mayfield and Stefanski. And Joe doesn\u2019t blame Mayfield for being peeved. After leading the Browns to the playoffs in 2020 and having Pat Mahomes and the Chiefs on the ropes on the road, the next year, Mayfield was injured and you have to figure Stefanski dumped him on the sidewalk like an unwanted puppy since Mayfield was not retained by the Browns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And Mayfield, if you haven\u2019t guessed by now, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/bakermayfield\/status\/2013758960994787523\" rel=\"nofollow\">does not forget<\/a> when he\u2019s been shafted.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/mayfield-twitter.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-392594\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/mayfield-twitter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"425\" height=\"332\"   \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Boom! And you have to figure the NFL secretly loves this.
