He\u2019s taken that team as close as you can get, couldn\u2019t beat Mahomes. [McDermott] didn\u2019t throw any damn interceptions. And the referees screwed him bad and he gets fired. C\u2019mon man. And Brandon Beane gets a fuc*\u2019n raise? I don\u2019t get that one. That one blows my mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Joe wonders if Arians brought the same kind of fire in a December or January sales pitch to Team Glazer for retaining Todd Bowles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Joe also wonders if Licht and Team Glazer share Arians\u2019 view of McDermott, who interviewed for the Bucs head coaching gig in 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Bruce Arians Endorses Sean McDermott January 21st, 2026 This piqued Joe\u2019s interest.
