ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) \u2014 New Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski is wasting little time assembling his staff.<\/p>\n

The Falcons are expected to hire former Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator Tommy Rees for the same role, according to reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rees served as Stefanski\u2019s play caller in Cleveland last season and previously held assistant and offensive coordinator roles at both Notre Dame and Alabama.<\/p>\n

Stefanski was hired as Atlanta\u2019s head coach last week, and he will be tasked with helping turn around a Falcons franchise that has missed the postseason in eight consecutive seasons.<\/p>\n
