Bradway joined Kansas City’s front office in 2018 as an assistant of player personnel. He held that role for three seasons before begin promoted to senior director of player personnel in 2021. Four years later, Bradway was promoted to his current role as the team’s assistant general manager.<\/p>\n
From 2008-2017, Bradway worked for the Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> scouting department, forging a relationship with current Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.<\/p>\n The Falcons have been linked to four other candidates<\/a> for their general manager vacancy, a few of whom previously interviewed for the team’s new president of football role.
