Blackmon, 6 feet, 202 pounds, is a six-year NFL veteran who was originally selected in the third round (85th overall) by the Indianapolis Colts out of Utah in the 2020 NFL Draft. <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.neworleanssaints.com\/news\/julian-blackmon-safety-contract-extension-new-orleans-saints-roster-moves\" title=\"New Orleans Saints sign safety Julian Blackmon to one-year contract extension\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SEE MORE&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Pro Football Writers of America announced today that New Orleans Saints tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. and quarterback Tyler Shough have been selected to the PFWA All-Rookie team. This is the first time multiple Saints have been named to the All-Rookie team since the 2019 season, when three players were selected and the first time two offensive Saints were selected since 2017. <a class=\"nfl-o-cta--link nfl-o-cta--underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.neworleanssaints.com\/news\/tyler-shough-kelvin-banks-jr-pro-football-writers-of-america-all-rookie-team-new-orleans-saints-roster-2025-nfl-season\" title=\"Tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. and quarterback Tyler Shough named to Pro Football Writers of America All-Rookie team\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SEE MORE&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>New Orleans Saints second-year quarterback Spencer Rattler won the job coming out of training camp and started the first eight games of the season.
