This has been a long time coming.<\/p>\n
Former Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam \u201cPacman\u201d Jones has some pent up frustration with Andy Dalton on account of the QB\u2019s weak performances in the playoffs, and he\u2019s now letting it out.<\/p>\n
Then recently, on \u201cGames With Names\u201d, hosted by Julian Edelman, Jones was looking at film from the Bengals\u2019 playoff loss to the San Diego Chargers in January of 2014 when the Red Rifle came up again.<\/p>\n
Edelman referred to the Bengals at the time as \u201ca good football team.\u201d<\/p>\n
So why did they get blown out by the Chargers at home?<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s one thing that\u2019s on there that f***ed us up\u2026 f***ing quarterback,\u201d Jones said. \u201cHe could not take the pressure, bro.\u201d<\/p>\n
When the host defended Dalton with, \u201che always had good numbers,\u201d Jones countered with, \u201clook at the receivers he had.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jones then referred to the 2015 season saying that the Bengals \u201cshould\u2019ve stuck with [AJ] McCarron],\u201d even after Dalton returned from injury the next year.<\/p>\n
Edelman asked what Jones was thinking at halftime. \u201cAndy, don\u2019t f*** the game up,\u201d Jones said. \u201cPlease, Andy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Finally, Jones shared the locker room frustrations that Dalton\u2019s play caused. \u201cI ain\u2019t going to say eat apart [the locker room], but we in the mother f***er like, \u2018God damn, can you just f***ing not turn the ball over?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This has been a long time coming.
