Seattle\u2019s head coach, Mike Macdonald, did give a favorable projection on starter Charles Cross, saying he\u2019s \u201coptimistic\u201d that he\u2019ll be able to play in the NFC Championship versus the Los Angeles Rams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Meanwhile, Macdonald said backups Josh Jones and Amari Kight are \u201cday-to-day.\u201d Jones is still out with knee and ankle injuries, which held him out of the NFC Divisional round, and Kight is dealing with a knee injury that he suffered during that contest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The Seahawks\u2019 starting quarterback, Sam Darnold, remained limited in practice with an oblique injury, which he\u2019s been dealing with since last week. It didn\u2019t seem to bother him much while dominating the 49ers, so there is some cause for optimism there.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The only other Seahawks who were limited were backup guard Bryce Cabeldue and fullback Robbie Ouzts; everyone else was a full go.
