The Buffalo Bills<\/a> are going to have some tough decisions to make on their roster in the offseason.<\/p>\n

As it currently stands, the Bills enter the offseason about $7 million over the projected salary cap threshold ($304 million)<\/a>. Some roster gymnastics will need to be done by Brandon Beane and company to address needs and some fan favorites could leave in free agency. <\/p>\n

One name that should have a decent market is fullback Reggie Gilliam.<\/p>\n

Gilliam, 28, has become one of the NFL\u2019s best fullbacks and a special teams standout. Based on his ability to help in two key phases of the game, it\u2019s believed that one rival of the Bills could pursue the fullback in free agency.<\/p>\n

Tony Pauline of Essentially Sports<\/a> reported that the Baltimore Ravens are a team to watch when it comes to Gilliam.<\/p>\n

\u201cSources say to keep an eye on the Baltimore Ravens if Gilliam hits the free-agent market,\u201d Pauline wrote. \u201cThe team has success with this type of player, and their fullback, soon-to-be 32-year-old Patrick Ricard, is slated for free agency in March.\u201d<\/p>\n

Buffalo could find itself in a bidding war for the fullback. While that position will not break the bank, the Bills will have to consider how important the fullback position is in their offense when a head coach and offensive coordinator is hired.<\/p>\n

The good news for Buffalo is that Gilliam stated his wish is to return to the Bills in 2026 at the team\u2019s locker room cleanout<\/a>.
