The Cowboys<\/a> are owned by billionaire Jerry Jones, who is worth an estimated $20.6billion.<\/p>\n

Forbes<\/a> have completed their annual deep dive into the finances to reveal the most lucrative teams across the world.<\/p>\n

The top 30 features 17 teams from America, with just three European entries.<\/p>\n

La Liga giants Real Madrid<\/a> and Premier League side Manchester United<\/a> are the only soccer teams to make it.<\/p>\n

They are joined by Italian racing purists Ferrari<\/a>, who compete in Formula One. <\/p>\n

At the top of the list, the Cowboys are out in front with a worth of $13billion. <\/p>\n

They have led the rich list rankings since 2016 \u2013 marking a full decade at the top. <\/p>\n

Forbes\u2019 research indicates the Cowboys had a 29 per cent jump in value from 2024 to 2025.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s despite missing out on the playoffs again, with their Super Bowl<\/a> drought extending to a fourth decade.<\/p>\n

The Cowboys top not only the other 17 NFL<\/a> teams included, but every other sport\u2019s club on the planet. <\/p>\n

NBA giants Golden State Warriors<\/a> are in second place, with an $11bn valuation.<\/p>\n

The Los Angeles Rams<\/a> come next, before the New York Giants and Los Angeles Lakers make up the top five.<\/p>\n

Despite back-to-back World Series, the LA Dodgers<\/a> remain the second-most lucrative MLB franchise.<\/p>\n

That accolade goes to the New York Yankees, who are estimated to be worth a cool $8.2bn.<\/p>\n

The rich list has generated plenty of discussion across social media.<\/p>\n

With Jones set for a busy offseason, it\u2019s difficult to see how the Cowboys are dethroned in the 2026 list. <\/p>\n

\u201c$13B for the Cowboys and still no Super Bowl in decades\u2014brand power is undefeated,\u201d wrote one fan on X.<\/p>\n

\u201cShocking that Yankees are not top 3. I can\u2019t see the warriors being more valuable that the Yankees. I don\u2019t mean disrespect,\u201d said another. <\/p>\n

\u201cDont understand how NFL are most valuable sports but only play 18 games in one season very short season,\u201d asked a third.<\/p>\n
