The Rams hold the Atlanta Falcons\u2019 2026 first-round pick thanks to the 2025 draft-day trade that allowed Atlanta to trade back up into the first round and double-dip on pass rushers, selecting James Pearce Jr. out of Tennessee. On paper, it looked like the Falcons got fleeced, but Pearce finished the season with 10.5 sacks and was a huge part of Atlanta\u2019s most effective pass rush in well over a decade, earning a Defensive Rookie of the Year nod.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for LA, the Falcons decided to start winning games after being eliminated from postseason contention, so a pick that was projected to be in the top 10 midseason now sits at No. 13. The loss to the Seahawks sets the Rams\u2019 own pick at No. 29.<\/p>\n
