Less than a week after Robert Saleh relieved defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson of his job with the Tennessee Titans<\/a>, the former coach looks like he has found a soft landing spot with a familiar head coach.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After interviewing with the Los Angeles Chargers and Washington Commanders<\/a>, Jordan Schultz reports that Wilson will be joining John Harbaugh with the New York Giants<\/a>, reuniting the two after they spent two seasons (2022-2023) together in Baltimore.\u00a0<\/p>\n

During those two seasons, Wilson served as the Ravens<\/a>‘ defensive backs coach, and Baltimore finished the regular season with a triple crown NFL record, becoming the first team in history to lead the league in points allowed (16.5 per game), sacks (60), and takeaways (31) with him on the staff.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This will be Wilson\u2019s second go-round as a defensive coordinator, and he will look to have more success than he did with the Titans<\/a>, where the lack of depth and top-end talent was easily exposed in multiple games throughout his tenure.\u00a0<\/p>\n
