One almost needs a fight card or an NFL equivalent to keep track of everything happening during this current coaching hiring cycle. The Baltimore Ravens<\/a> have found their guy, and now, the hunt is on to build his staff. Some of the guys who have already been interviewed are still on the list of desired candidates.<\/p>\n Joe Brady and Kliff Kingsbury interviewed to become the fourth head coach in the franchise’s three-decade-long history. Per Mike Garafolo<\/a>, they’re among the favorites to be offered the offensive coordinator gig.<\/p>\n Baltimore also interviewed Rams<\/a> passing game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase over a week ago. He’ll now participate in an in-person second interview with the Cleveland Browns<\/a>. Tom Pelissero reports that the interview may be held on Monday. Candidates are taking cognitive and personality tests. They have also been asked to write multi-part essays and meet with panels.<\/p>\n Kevin Stefanski was relieved of his command on January 5, and it appears the Bowns are taking their search seriously. We’ll see where they land following the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a>‘ uninspiring hire of Mike McCarthy. It’s early, but so far, the Ravens seem to be having the best offseason of the four AFC North teams.<\/p>\n
