Watt and Jalen Ramsey, who were named on the initial ballot, have withdrawn from consideration and will be replaced by Houston Texans safety Calen Bullock and Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Devin Lloyd, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Watt\u2019s replacement was previously announced on Thursday.
