Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla knows what it takes to win.<\/p>\n

Mazzulla, in just four years on the job, carries a .722 winning percentage and already has reached the mountain top thanks to his club\u2019s victory in the 2024 NBA Finals over the Dallas Mavericks.<\/p>\n

Mazzulla, for that very reason, was asked what his takeaway was<\/a> from the New England Patriots punching their ticket to Super Bowl LX.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think when you just take a look at it, they\u2019re a team that\u2019s developed an identity over the course of the season, and every coach, regardless of the sport, is looking for that \u2014 creating that type of identity and consistency, and playing to that throughout an entire season,\u201d Mazzulla said on Monday, as shared by WEEI\u2019s Justin Turpin. \u201cI think they\u2019re a great example of that this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mazzulla and Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel have developed a professional friendship<\/a> over the course of the year \u2014 highlighted by the former\u2019s trip to training camp last summer and the latter\u2019s multiple visits to games after being hired at the beginning of last year.<\/p>\n
