This isn’t meant to be disrespectful, but it’s hard not to miss when NFL Network’s Good Morning Football featured Kay Adams, Nate Burleson, Peter Schrager, and Kyle Brandt. That was a doggone good team. It was always fun to wake up early and see what their takes on the\u00a0Baltimore Ravens<\/a> were.<\/p>\n

Don’t read what hasn’t been written. Don’t hear what hasn’t been said. That isn’t a shot at anyone else. It’s simply a tip of the cap to the amazing job they all did together.<\/p>\n

We all have to grow, though. Three members of that group have moved on to their next opportunity, just as John Haraugh had to leave Baltimore<\/a> and Jesse Minter had to pack his bags and head east <\/a>to become his replacement as the fourth head coach in franchise history.<\/p>\n

Everything changes at some point. That’s life. It’s a lesson that players must learn time and time again. Fans pick that up along the way as well. That’s why we’re told to love the names on the front of the jerseys rather than the ones on the backs.<\/p>\n

DeAndre Hopkins discusses his future with the Ravens.<\/p>\n

We mentioned Kay Adams earlier. She’s now the host of her own brand, Up and Adams on FanDuel TV. Recently, DeAndre Hokins stopped by for a visit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He was asked about his recent season in Baltimore and his future with the Ravens’ organization. Here’s some of what he said in his response.<\/p>\n

“Of course, I would love to come back, but not every offensive coordinator wants a veteran receiver on their team. … It’s nothing personal. Obviously, Lamar and I had a great connection. Of course, I love Baltimore. Me being a competitor, I would’ve loved to have been used more. … I’m always gonna have that mindset that I wanna be in the game every third down, every big down. … It doesn’t upset me that I wasn’t. It doesn’t make me become a bad teammate, but of course, I felt like I could’ve been used more.”<\/p>\n

Hopkins signed a one-year deal with Baltimore on March 13, 2025. That deal expires when the new league year begins in March. So far, there has been no extension, but the veteran stays hopeful.<\/p>\n

“I’m not closing the chapter, but we shall see. I would love to play with Lamar again. I don’t know the last time I played with a quarterback two years in a row.”<\/p>\n

Hopkins is a class act. He’s hopeful for another run in Baltimore. He also understands the business, and that’s where we are right now. Watch the full clip of his interview with Kay Adams below.<\/p>\n
