Insiders say that Udinski has made a new deal with the Jaguars, bumping his pay and keeping him in Duval for at least another season.<\/p>\n

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 It looks like the Jacksonville Jaguars are holding on to a key member of their coaching staff.<\/p>\n

After garnering serious interest in the NFL\u2019s head coaching market after the 2025 season, it appears that offensive coordinator Grant Udinski will be staying with the Jaguars amid interviews<\/a> with the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills.<\/p>\n

ESPN Insider Adam Schefter reported on Monday that Udinski had removed himself from consideration for the position in Cleveland due to a new deal struck with the Jaguars that would increase his pay.<\/p>\n

While he had removed himself from the Browns, the report says the Jaguars allowed Udinski to still pursue the position with the Bills; however, the NFL announced on Tuesday that the Bills would be promoting internally, naming Joe Brady<\/a> as head coach.<\/p>\n

The report claims that if Udinski had not received the position, he would remain with the Jags.<\/p>\n

If Udinski were to have been hired by either team, he would have become the youngest head coach in NFL history.<\/p>\n

Udinski\u2019s work with QB Trevor Lawrence, along with his ability to adapt the offense, has been widely praised around the league.
