Super Bowl 60 is locked in. The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots are what\u2019s left after the regular season and playoffs.<\/p>\n

The Patriots ground out a 10-7 win over the Denver Broncos in a blizzard. Seattle had to hang on for dear life and needed a fourth-down stop to get past the Los Angeles Rams, 31-27.<\/p>\n

The two franchises have history on this stage. They met 11 years ago in Super Bowl XLIX, the one where Malcolm Butler intercepted Russell Wilson at the goal line in the final seconds. New England walked away with a 28-24 win that time.<\/p>\n

Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce doesn\u2019t see it going that way again. He broke down his Super Bowl 60 pick on a recent episode of \u201cNew Heights\u201d with his brother Travis.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Seahawks look like the favorite. Their defense has been so good all year round. That offense has been fantastic. Seattle\u2019s defense has been a problem for opposing offenses all season. Their offense has kept pace with consistent production week after week. New England\u2019s offense has been hit or miss through the playoffs, but the road they took to get here wasn\u2019t exactly soft.<\/p>\n

Kelce mentioned the Patriots had to go through the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans, and Broncos in consecutive weeks. That\u2019s a brutal stretch. Now they\u2019re facing another elite defense in Seattle.<\/p>\n

What stands out is defense. They were undersold before the Denver game, but they\u2019ve been a different unit over the last month. They\u2019re blitzing at the right times, disguising pressure packages, and dropping into zone coverage with precision.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s turned into a complete group that can hurt teams in multiple ways. Seattle looks better on paper, but the Patriots aren\u2019t the type of team that buys into narratives.<\/p>\n
