He then landed with the Buffalo Bills as an assistant defensive line coach. He was promoted to primary Buffalo D-line coach in 2024, and it seems he was released along with the rest of the Bills\u2019 defensive staff after the team fired head coach Sean McDermott this month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Joe hopes West, 42, is a strong up-and-comer.
