His first NFL job as with the Kansas City Chiefs. From 2021-2024, he spent four seasons working under former Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. D\u2019Alesio spent the last three seasons under Spagnuolo as safeties coach. Kansas City won a pair of Super Bowl titles while D\u2019Alesio was on staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">D\u2019Alesio moved to Baltimore last season to work under Harbaugh as defensive backs coach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">In New York, D\u2019Alesio will inherit a position group that largely underperformed in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Offensive coordinator search<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Since losing top choice Todd Monken to the Cleveland Browns as head coach, Harbaugh as been busy compiling a list of potential coordinators.
