Though the jump to Baltimore is a lateral move in name, it allows Doyle to take full charge of an offense for the first time in his NFL career. He will be the play-caller for an offense that underperformed in 2025 but is loaded to the brim with difference-makers.<\/p>\n
Most notable among them is two-time Most Valuable Player Lamar Jackson<\/a>, who thanks to Doyle’s rapid rise through the ranks is the same age as his coordinator.
