Buzz continues to build around Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a> quarterback Will Howard, who\u2019s received heaps of praise from many within the NFL \u2014 which includes Las Vegas Raiders<\/a> superstar edge rusher Maxx Crosby<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On a recent episode of Crosby\u2019s podcast, The Rush, the Raiders defender shared his honest feelings on Howard, arguing his experience behind two great football minds will result in a bright future in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a Will Howard believer, I\u2019m not gonna lie,\u201d Crosby said<\/a>. \u201c\u2026I think he\u2019s a hell of a player. I think Will Howard\u2019s got the size. He\u2019s got the intangibles. He\u2019s talented. He\u2019s a smart quarterback. I think Will Howard just sitting there, learning behind [Mike] McCarthy and [Aaron] Rodgers is gonna do that franchise a lot of great things.\u201d<\/p>\n

Selected by the Steelers<\/a> with the overall pick in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, Howard received a lot of support as Pittsburgh heads into the offseason with plenty of questions at the quarterback position \u2014 with some fans arguing he deserves at least a chance at the starting job in 2026.<\/p>\n
