For the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/jacksonville-jaguars\/365\" data-autotag=\"0e187629-debe-49e8-9e02-83bd36ad3fcc\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Jaguars<\/a>, it was a veteran defensive back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">When it came to Lloyd, Locker believes that the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/cincinnati-bengals\/327\" data-autotag=\"6d3e484d-5133-4c06-a871-967f8646390b\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Cincinnati Bengals<\/a> should try to sign the Jaguars&#8217; linebacker.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;The Bengals have no choice but to tweak their defensive personnel this season after finishing 29th\u00a0in EPA per play and 28th\u00a0in success rate,&#8221; Locker wrote. &#8220;Although all three levels could use boosts, Cincinnati ranked dead last in overall grade at linebacker \u2014 which Lloyd could fix in one fell swoop.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Lloyd did a bit of everything for the Jacksonville defense under Anthony Campanile.
