The Miami Dolphins<\/a> are moving on from the veteran defensive back, seeking a trade that will send Ramsey to a contender in exchange for draft capital.<\/p>\n The Rams are one of the many teams interested<\/a> in acquiring Ramsey but as of now, he\u2019s still a member of the Dolphins. That\u2019s not likely to change until the calendar turns to June, either.<\/p>\n NFL Network\u2019s Cameron Wolfe shared the latest on Ramsey\u2019s situation, saying that \u201cnothing is imminent\u201d but that could change once we get to June.<\/p>\n \u201cI was told nothing is imminent,\u201d Wolfe said. \u201cThere had been conversations draft weekend and throughout May in regards to Jalen Ramsey. There\u2019s interest, but right now there\u2019s nothing imminent. There\u2019s nothing closing at this moment. It\u2019s been relatively quiet but one thing I was told was to keep an eye on that (June) 1st date. The Dolphins would take over a $25 million cap hit if they traded him before (June) 1st. That number drops to under $7 million if they trade him after (June) 1st.\u201d<\/p>\n While nothing is imminent, it does seem highly likely that Ramsey will be moved at some point this offseason.<\/p>\n \u201cI expect him to get traded sometime in June or July. They have talked to a lot of teams. I\u2019m told the Dolphins are aware of teams that Ramsey would be interested in,\u201d Wolfe added.<\/p>\n The Rams remain a logical fit for Ramsey and they haven\u2019t hidden their interest in a reunion.
