While nothing will likely be official for a few weeks, the Cleveland Browns have begun to fill out new HC Todd Monken\u2019s staff, at least on the offensive side of the ball. The Browns defense could still be run by DC Jim Schwartz<\/a>, but that has been up in the air since Monken got the job last week.<\/p>\n

Since then, there have been reports of three different former Baltimore Ravens coaches either joining Monken\u2019s staff or likely to do so:<\/p>\n

A fourth former Ravens coach is headed to Cleveland, according to reports, as Ian Kolste rejoins Monken:<\/p>\n

According to his alma mater, Whitworth<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Kolste was a record-setting quarterback for the Pirates.\u00a0\u00a0The 2017 Northwest Conference Offensive Player of the Year, Kolste retired as Whitworth\u2019s all-time leader in total offense (10,467), passing yards (10,124), passing touchdowns (85), pass completions (946) and pass attempts (1,424).\u00a0\u00a0He had a record of 26-6 as the Pirates\u2019 starting QB.<\/p>\n

Kolste has updated his social media<\/a> with his position as the team\u2019s Offensive Quality Control coach:<\/p>\n

The Ravens have had a very good offense for years, as well as an overall successful run under John Harbaugh.
