The Rams hired Snead as GM Feb. 10, 2012 and McVay as head coach Jan. 12, 2017. The exact numbers of the contract have not revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Under both McVay and Snead, the Rams have gone 92-57 in the regular season, with seven playoff births, four division titles, two Super Bowl appearances, and won Super Bowl LVI 23-20 over the Cincinnati Bengals. This is the second time the two signed contract extensions together, as they did the same Sept. 8, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we enter their 10th season together, it is only fitting to reflect on the tremendous success Sean and Les have brought to this franchise, and the indelible impact they have made on Los Angeles and the NFL,\u201d said\u00a0E. Stanley Kroenke, Los Angeles Rams Owner\/Chairman, in a statement Feb. 2.\u00a0\u201cThey continue to embody the standard of this franchise to compete for championships, consistently delivering a product that our fans and city can be proud of. Their collaboration embodies the\u00a0We Then Me\u00a0ethos we seek in our players, coaches and staff, and we are thrilled they will be leading the Los Angeles Rams for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Here to stay. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve signed extensions with Head Coach Sean McVay and General Manager Les Snead. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Ijs04yhJiM\">pic.twitter.com\/Ijs04yhJiM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Los Angeles Rams (@RamsNFL) <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RamsNFL\/status\/2018361279531065848?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 2, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some of Snead\u2019s most notable moves as GM include trading quarterback Matthew Stafford on March 18, 2021\u2014 who is an MVP finalist this season \u2014 drafting defensive tackle Aaron Donald in 2014 \u2014 who is a three-time Defensive Player of the Year \u2014 and drafting Puka Nacua in 2023 \u2014 who is an AP Offensive Player of the Year finalist for this season.<\/p>\n<p>McVay holds the record for the youngest head coach hired in NFL history \u2014 he was 30 when originally hired \u2014 the youngest coach to reach the Super Bowl \u2014 he was 33 when the Rams made it to Super Bowl LIII \u2014 and the youngest head coach to win a Super Bowl \u2014 he was 36 when he won Super Bowl LVI.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt means a lot,\u201d McVay said. \u201cI\u2019m just really grateful.
