Mike LaFleur was introduced as the Arizona Cardinals<\/a>‘ new head coach on Tuesday, and one question was answered fairly quickly. He will be the offensive playcaller for the team.<\/p>\n While he was the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams<\/a> for the last three seasons, he did not call plays. He did for two seasons before that as offensive coordinator of the New York Jets.<\/p>\n “I look forward to it,” he said in his introductory press conference. “I missed it.”<\/p>\n He will do so with new responsibilities as head coach. However, he did get to watch Sean McVay call plays while running everything as well. He has learned a lot observing McVay calling plays.<\/p>\n Does he have a particular philosophy with his offensive play calls?<\/p>\n Need a news break?
