The latest hire comes from Montana State University, as Mike McCarthy is adding Montana defensive coordinator Shawn Howe to his staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Howe is set to be the team\u2019s outside linebackers and edge rushers coach, per Montana Sports.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Howe has had stops at USC, Tennessee, and Coastal Carolina, amongst several other stops at the collegiate level.
