Carolina Panthers<\/a> wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan made himself quite a few memories throughout a stellar first season in the NFL. Which moment, however, stands out above the rest?<\/p>\n

McMillan was asked that question on Wednesday, when he joined the set<\/a> of Up & Adams from Super Bowl LX’s “Radio Row.” Here’s what he told host Kay Adams . . .<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for McMillan and the Panthers, the Los Angeles Rams<\/a> came out on top of a wild battle in the wild-card round. But, even in a heartbreaking 34-31 defeat<\/a>, Carolina played host to a night the organization and their fans won’t soon forget.<\/p>\n

In his playoff debut, McMillan recorded five receptions for 81 yards. One of those catches, as he so fondly remembers, was punctuated with a “dab” in tribute to franchise legend Cam Newton\u2014who returned<\/a> to Bank of America Stadium that evening as the game’s “Keep Pounding” drummer.<\/p>\n

Fittingly enough, McMillan is likely to join Newton’s company on Thursday night\u2014where he’s expected to be named<\/a> the 2025 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year. Newton, at least for now, is the only player in franchise history to win the award\u2014a feat he accomplished back in 2011.<\/p>\n
