SAN FRANCISCO (WISH) \u2014 Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. has been in Indianapolis for all six seasons of his career.<\/p>\n
This is an important offseason for Pittman and the Colts though. He enters the final season of a three-year, $70 million contract. <\/p>\n
There is a potential out in the contract this offseason. Pittman is owed a base salary of $22 million for the 2026 season.<\/p>\n
With the offseason looming, Pittman voiced his love for Indianapolis.<\/p>\n
\u201cIndy is my home,\u201d Pittman said. \u201cI love everything about it. I love the people there. I love this team and I just really want to do everything that I can to bring this team back to where we should be and where we were in the past, like the Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison days. I would love to be a part of that, but part of it is not in my control. I know the nature of football. It\u2019s a business, so we\u2019ll see what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pittman had 80 catches for 784 yards in 2025. It was the fewest yards he\u2019s had in a season since his rookie year in 2020. However, he set a career high in touchdowns with seven.<\/p>\n
After leading the Colts in receiving yards in three straight years from 2021-2023, Alec Pierce has led the Colts in receiving yards for the past two seasons. Pierce is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.<\/p>\n
