The Chicago Bears\u2019 Week 9 win over the Cincinnati Bengals<\/a> was a game that many won\u2019t forget.<\/p>\n

Both teams traded touchdowns and ran up the score, and the Bengals took a one-point lead with 54 seconds left on the clock. Most Bears fans probably thought the game was over.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Well, Caleb Williams and Colston Loveland connected for a 58-yard touchdown for the game-deciding points with 17 seconds left on the clock. The Bears ended up winning, 47-42.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bengals receiver Ja\u2019Marr Chase caught six passes for 111 yards in that game, and he watched his team lose devastatingly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chase and fellow wide receiver Tee Higgins joined the Pat McAfee Show<\/a>, and while the two were on set, Chase mentioned a unique name.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cCaleb Daniels.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

McAfee and the rest of the hosts played along like they knew who Chase was referring to, until McAfee interrupted the conversation by asking, \u201cWho is Caleb Daniels?\u201d<\/p>\n

The panel laughed, and then Chase said, \u201cI don\u2019t know what the f\u2014 his first name is. What\u2019s his name? What\u2019s the quarterback for the Bears?\u201d<\/p>\n

This doesn\u2019t need to be blown out of proportion, and it seemed like an honest mental lapse from Chase. He combined Williams and Jayden Daniels, who went back-to-back in the 2024 NFL Draft as the top two picks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, Chase should know an ascending star\u2019s name in the NFL, especially with all of the incredible throws and come-from-behind wins that Williams helped lead this past season.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

And Williams took note of Chase forgetting his name. The Bears’ quarterback went on X and his retweet says it all.<\/p>\n

His touchdown throw to Cole Kmet <\/a>against the Los Angeles Rams in the Divisional Round at Soldier Field had the entire NFL world talking on social media. Outside of what Williams can do on a football field, he was named GQ\u2019s Most Stylish Football Player for a second year in a row.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As Williams continues his NFL career, there is a high chance Chase won\u2019t forget who the franchise quarterback is for the Chicago Bears. <\/p>\n
