There’s no doubt that the defensive end has plenty of suitors, as Glazer replied to a question asking if his time is up in Las Vegas. After the Cowboys traded Micah Parsons last offseason, which shocked plenty in the league, nobody should be surprised if the Raiders trade Crosby at the right price. Glazer believes it will take more than the Parsons deal to negotiate a trade to grab a star like Crosby.

Sep 28, 2025; Paradise, Nevada, USA; Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby (98) looks on from the sideline during the first quarter against the Chicago Bears at Allegiant Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Kiyoshi Mio-Imagn Images
Breaking: NFL Star Maxx Crosby Reportedly “Done” With Raiders – Possible Trade Suitors

However, the relationship between the Raiders and Crosby is fractured to the point that the defensive end could request a trade himself once the new league year begins in March. The five-time Pro Bowler stormed out of the Raiders building in December after the team decided to sit him out for the rest of the season. The Raiders were already eliminated from postseason contention, and Crosby just had surgery, so it made sense that the Raiders made this decision.

Crosby wasn’t pleased since he doesn’t believe in “tanking” even though the team had no chance of making it to the playoffs. The defensive star has been a topic of trade rumors, and there should be a trade come this offseason. The two-time All-Pro should be moved to these three teams before the NFL Draft, and it’s going to take a massive deal to get this done.

Potential Trade Fits
New England Patriots

It’s been rumored that Crosby said he would “love” the idea of joining head coach Mike Vrabel in New England. The Patriots are focused on the Super Bowl this weekend, but it’s never too early to talk about this potential massive trade. While guys like Harold Landry and K’Lavon Chaisson have done a stable job of keeping this defense ferocious, the team’s acquisition of Crosby this offseason should put the Patriots in the dominant column.

The cost will be dramatic for the Patriots, but they have about $33 million in cap space, and could find ways to make this work. Milton Williams has emerged as one of the highest-paid defensive linemen and could be willing to take a paycut to make this trade happen.

Chicago Bears

Meanwhile, the Bears might have the brightest future for generations to come. With Caleb Williams proven to be the Bears’ long-term franchise quarterback, the team needs a dominant pass-rusher to join Montez Sweat and Grady Jarrett. The momentum led by head coach Ben Johnson shouldn’t be wasted. The team is way better than it was despite the loss to the Rams in the divisional round.

If the Bears can acquire Crosby, expect this team to appear in a Super Bowl at least on a run like the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dallas Cowboys

After acquiring Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark through trades this past year, the Dallas Cowboys are developing one of the more dominant defensive interior lines. However, the pass-rush needs some major work, even though the team plans on retaining veteran Jadeveon Clowney this offseason. Since the team traded Parsons to Green Bay, the Cowboys have struggled to get after the quarterback or stop the run in situational moments.

The team pushed to trade for Crosby before the trade deadline in November, but they got Williams instead. The Cowboys will need to rework Clark’s contract to make a Crosby trade work while worrying about how to extend George Pickens. If Dallas can do that, they should take advantage of the opportunity.

The hottest topic of the 2026 NFL offseason will be the situation between the Las Vegas Raiders and…

[2065
741,436,7,1744,393,4241,2455,2454,6563,491,7891,8554,726,6,6736,525
0":"post-733998","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-las-vegas-raiders","8":"tag-chicago-bears-news","9":"tag-dallas-cowboys-news","10":"tag-football","11":"tag-las-vegas","12":"tag-las-vegas-raiders","13":"tag-las-vegas-raiders-news","14":"tag-lasvegas","15":"tag-lasvegasraiders","16":"tag-maxx-crosby","17":"tag-micah-parsons","18":"tag-milton-williams","19":"tag-montez-sweat","20":"tag-new-england-patriots-news","21":"tag-nfl","22":"tag-quinnen-williams","23":"tag-raiders
["GET
