INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) \u2014 Matt Taylor, the radio play-by-play commentator for the Indianapolis Colts, is inviting fellow trivia nerds to a series of trivia nights focused specifically on Indiana sports history.<\/p>\n
Indiana Sports trivia nights will test your knowledge on topics including high school athletics, the Indianapolis Colts, the Indiana Pacers, college hoops, IndyCar, and more.<\/p>\n
Taylor says he developed Indiana Sports trivia nights as an alternative to traditional bar trivia.<\/p>\n
\u201cI love trivia. I love going to bars and playing trivia, but when you go to a bar, sometimes you\u2019re susceptible to pop culture and science and geography. That\u2019s not my wheelhouse,\u201d Taylor explained Friday on Daybreak.<\/p>\n
Each game is designed to last 60-90 minutes and consists of seven rounds, each featuring six questions. The questions are designed to increase in difficulty as each round progresses. <\/p>\n
\u201cQuestions one, two and three, I think most people should be able to get on board with those,\u201d Taylor explained. \u201cQuestions four, five, and six\u2026that\u2019s where we kind of separate the \u2018I know a lot\u2019 from the \u2018I\u2019m a diehard Indiana sports fan.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Taylor says the feedback he\u2019s gotten from the first few events has been overwhelmingly positive.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think it\u2019s a lot of fun. We\u2019ve been doing it now for the last couple of weeks, and I think people have really enjoyed it.\u201d<\/p>\n
