BRETT MICHAELS TALKS TOMLIN<\/p>\n
Mike Tomlin was the Steelers\u2019 head coach for almost 20 years. He brought them a lot of success, including a Super Bowl victory, but he stepped down after the 2025 season. While Tomlin wasn\u2019t perfect, it\u2019s hard to find someone with a bad thing to say about him. Even singer Brett Michaels has praise for Tomlin.<\/p>\n
News 4 Buffalo recently interviewed Michaels,<\/a> and he spoke about the friendship he has with Tomlin. Michaels is a Steelers fan, but he wanted to make it clear that Tomlin is actually a personal friend of his. He also shared that Tomlin\u2019s son has joined him onstage before. They once again failed to win a playoff game. However, it could\u2019ve been worse. They could\u2019ve been the Cleveland Browns, who suffered another year at the bottom of the AFC North. While the Browns didn\u2019t have much success in 2025, they had better luck at the NFL awards show.<\/a><\/p>\n Browns rookie linebacker Carson Schwesinger was<\/a> named the Defensive Rookie of the Year. He\u2019s the second Browns player to ever earn that honor, with the first being linebacker Chip Banks in 1982. Schwesinger had a solid season, posting two interceptions, 2.5 sacks, 11 tackles-for-loss and 156 total tackles. While things weren\u2019t great in Cleveland in 2025, Schwesinger was one of their few bright spots.<\/p>\n HOF CONSIDERING CHANGES<\/p>\n The Pro Football Hall of Fame is supposed to be the greatest honor that someone can earn in the NFL. However, it caused a little bit of controversy this year. Former head coach Bill Belichick didn\u2019t get inducted in his first year of eligibility, despite winning six Super Bowls as the New England Patriots\u2019 head coach. That led to a lot of outrage.<\/p>\n As a result, the Hall of Fame is considering making changes to their selection process, as shared by Around the NFL on Twitter.<\/a> The voting rules already got changed a few years ago, and so far, that\u2019s been a disaster. Hopefully, the Hall of Fame fixes things. The current process just isn\u2019t working well enough.<\/p>\n
