Lynch began his NFL coaching career with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2018 as a defensive quality control coach He spent three years there, ascending to assistant defensive backs coach. He spent a year with the Las Vegas Raiders as an assistant defensive backs coach and a year with the Detroit Lions as a defensive quality control coach.<\/p>\n
