There may be more massive changes coming to the Eagles\u2019 offensive line.<\/p>\n

With legendary offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland exiting after a falling out with coach Nick Sirianni<\/a>, there is now uncertainty surrounding veteran guard Landon Dickerson, according to multiple reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old signed a four-year, $84 million extension before the 2024 season that will take him through the next three seasons.<\/p>\n

Dickerson in only in his fifth season with the team and has been a mainstay on the offensive line, appearing in at least 14 games in each season.<\/p>\n

\u201cLandon Dickerson may be even more of a question mark to me,\u201d Jeff McLane, the Eagles beat writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, said earlier this week<\/a> on his \u201cunCovering the Birds\u201d podcast while referencing fellow lineman Lane Johnson\u2019s unknown future with the team. <\/p>\n

His prowess, plus the overall unit\u2019s strength, has played a large role in the Eagles\u2019 extended run of success, including their Super Bowl 2025 triumph.<\/p>\n

Dickerson, though, has battled injuries throughout his career and it seems they are taking their toll on the former Alabama standout, although McLane said on his podcast that Dickerson is \u201chealthy and fine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dickerson underwent a procedure on his right knee<\/a> before the season and ultimately appeared in 15 regular-season games, plus the postseason loss to the 49ers.<\/p>\n

He only missed the team\u2019s \u201cThursday Night Football\u201d clash against the Giants in Week 6 after suffering an ankle injury the prior week and the Week 18 regular-season finale in which the team sat its starters.<\/p>\n

Dickerson told reporters<\/a> after the Eagles\u2019 season ended with a 23-19 home loss to the 49ers in the playoffs that he played through \u201ca lot\u201d and described this year as \u201cs\u2013tty\u201d in terms of battling injuries compared to previous campaigns.<\/p>\n

He also offered a bleak answer about whether he\u2019d make a full recovery, per PHLY Sports.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I had that answer, I\u2019d feel a lot better,\u201d Dickerson said, per the outlet.<\/p>\n

The Eagles are also dealing with uncertainty regarding star right tackle Johnson, who may consider retiring after 13 sensational seasons.<\/p>\n

McLane said Stoutland exiting may affect the right tackle\u2019s decision, but he said he\u2019s leaning toward Johnson suiting up for one final campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s definitely not sure if he\u2019s coming back or not is the impression I get,\u201d McLane said. \u201cAnd you would think this (Stoutland) would maybe make it a little less likely.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt could take the Eagles basically showing them how much he means to them for him to be back for another season. And I think he\u2019s kind of earned that right. They would be up s\u2013ts creek without him.\u201d<\/p>\n
