Hall of Fame San Diego Chargers linebacker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/espn\/otl\/story\/_\/id\/8830344\/study-junior-seau-brain-shows-chronic-brain-damage-found-other-nfl-football-players\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Junior Seau<\/a>, who committed suicide at age 43, or Chicago Bears defensive back <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/content\/article\/brain-damage-found-nfl-veteran-who-took-own-life\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dave Duerson<\/a>, who took his own life at age 50, probably didn\u2019t either. All were found posthumously to have Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) connected with repeated blows to the head on the football field.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for the Super Bowl, Joe, but please keep your views on football safety to yourself.
